Ground broken for Stage 3

Final phase of 3Stage Expansion Project underway, but needs additional funding

Groundbreaking was held November 3 for the third and final part of the Jensen Center’s 3Stage Expansion Project, an addition to provide much-needed backstage and storage space to the theater. The ceremony was well attended with representatives from general contractor Blenker Construction, sub-contractor Alchemy Concrete, and the Tomorrow River School District, along with Jensen Center Board members and staff and several major donors. While the concrete foundation has been poured by Alchemy Concrete and is awaiting the arrival of the steel framework, the final phase is in jeopardy of only partial completion due to approximately $75,000 in additional funding needed to meet state building code requirements for theaters. Donations of all sizes are still needed to make our dream a reality. As 2025 nears its end, please consider becoming a donor to this worthwhile project or adding to your existing donation. Please contact the Jensen Center for more details.
