Rental Spaces
Thank you for considering the Jensen Community Center for your upcoming rental needs. We’re excited to discuss your event! The Center offers a variety of spaces to host gatherings, meetings, and special events.

Reduced rates are available for qualifying nonprofit organizations. The Jensen Community Center also welcomes opportunities to partner with groups on public events and programs. If you have an idea or would like to explore a collaboration, we’d love to hear from you—give us a call to start the conversation.
The Community Room is our largest rental space, offering 3,300 square feet and accommodating up to 200 guests for larger events. A built-in divider allows the room to be split into two sections, making it ideal for smaller or more intimate gatherings as well.
Large tables and comfortable chairs are available to arrange the space to fit your specific needs. The room features large projector screens on both the north and east walls, and a podium is available for use. A projector, microphones, and additional sound equipment can also be rented for an added fee. This space is available to rent by the hour.
In 2019, the windows were replaced and wall coverings were updated, with renovations completed in early 2020. The International Bank of Amherst Terrace was added in 2024 as the first phase of our 3Stage Expansion Project.
With its flexibility and size, the Community Room is perfect for meetings, seminars, wedding receptions, baby showers, dances, and more. We also offer suggested setup maps to help make planning your event simple and stress-free.

Our heat-and-serve kitchen is available as an add-on to your rental for prep, storage, and cleanup, whether you're bringing your own food or working with a caterer. It features a gas range, commercial coffee maker, large refrigerator, stainless steel workspaces, and a variety of dishes and serving essentials—everything you need to make your event a success.
The Activity Room is a welcoming space ideal for small to medium-sized gatherings. This 1,100-square-foot room accommodates up to 45 guests and, like the Community Room, offers convenient access to the kitchen. The space connects to the lobby and features beautiful eastern and southern natural light.
The room includes a flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player and HDMI input, along with local photography displayed throughout the space. Recent updates include new windows installed in 2022, freshly textured and painted walls, and added party lighting to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The Conference Room is a flexible space designed to accommodate up to 20 people. Located across from the restrooms, the room features eight tables that can be arranged in a variety of configurations to suit different meeting and event needs.
A divider curtain and separate entrances allow the space to be split into two smaller areas when needed. Each end of the room includes a whiteboard and sink for added convenience. On the south end, a flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player, video conferencing hardware, and HDMI inputs is available for presentations and virtual meetings.
The room is also frequently used as a “green room” or dressing area for theater performances, featuring a large mirror along the north wall for makeup and hair preparation.

Our 232-seat, state-of-the-art theater — named in honor of our largest donors to the 3Stage Expansion Project — includes a full professional sound and lighting system. The space also includes a large projection screen, with a variety of microphone options available as rental add-ons.
The 768-square-foot stage features double curtains and is supported by a 450-square-foot backstage area that provides space for performers to prepare. A private backstage restroom offers additional convenience, separate from the public restrooms located near the lobby. Both an electric piano and upright piano are also available for performance rentals.
The theater can be rented by the hour for seminars, presentations, lectures, and large meetings, or at a package ticket rate for performances, recitals, and shows.
The theater was painted in 2023 and expanded with additional backstage space in 2026. With its professional-level sound, lighting, and projection systems, the space has been home to numerous theatrical programs, music performances, educational seminars, and other community events.
The entire center is available to rent by the day for craft shows, weddings, seminars, large group meetings, or other private or public events. Contact us for daily rental rates and availability.

With seating to accommodate wedding receptions of approximately 200 guests, the Center provides a beautiful backdrop for celebrating your special day in the heart of Wisconsin.

As a nonprofit organization, we offer affordable and competitive pricing. Renters agree to care for the Center during their event according to our usage and closing procedures, helping us keep rates low.
