Our Community Spirit reserves the right to edit all copy and photographs submitted. The newspaper cannot be responsible for the safe return of unsolicited material. All submissions must include a contact person and phone number so our staff can verify information and schedule publication of material. Submissions must be received no later than the 15th of the month prior to publication date, issues are published monthly.

Our Community Spirit is mailed at no charge to residents within the Tomorrow River School District, residents outside of the school district that have students attending the Tomorrow River Schools will also receive issues at no charge. Gift and other subscriptions to Our Community Spirit are welcome and can mailed to addresses in the continental United States for $30.00 for a one-year/twelve month subscription. Subscriptions are not refundable but may be transferred.

Advertising Standards
The advertisers in Our Community Spirit agree that the publisher shall not be liable for damages arising out of errors in advertisements beyond the amount for the space actually occupied by the portion of the advertisement in which the error occurred, whether each error is due to the negligence of the publisher's employees or otherwise, and there shall be no liability for non-insertion of any advertisement beyond the amount paid for such advertising.

Merchandise of service advertised in Our Community Spirit is expected to be accurately described and readily available at the advertised prices. Deceptive or misleading advertising is never knowingly accepted. Complaints regarding advertising in Our Community Spirit should be directed in writing to Our Community Spirit Advertising Department. Letters to "Our Community Spirit" are welcomed and encouraged. All letters should be signed and include an address and a daytime phone number for verification. Please limit letters to 300 words or less. Letters to the "Spirit" may be edited for clarity, accuracy or length. The "Spirit" reserves the right to reject any letter or portions of a letter deemed to be inappropriate.
